Amica is proud to have been insuring drivers for more than 100 years, and now we want to see the amazing places you’ve visited across the United States! But before you upload your photos, we ask that you review and consent to our photo submission policy to help you and other users enjoy the ride.

Submissions:
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit photos. If you choose to upload photos, you should understand that AmicaConnections.com is a public domain, and  your photos will be viewed by all other users that visit the website. Please note that photos will not be used for any Amica advertisement unless consent is obtained from the individual submitting the photo.

Copyrights:
By submitting your photos, you certify that you are the sole owner of the photos being submitted, and you further certify that the photos are not subject to any copyright claims or other ownership rights of a third party.

Permission:
By submitting your photo, you agree that Amica may publish the photo on its website AmicaConnections.com. If photos depict persons other than yourself, you must obtain the permission of any such person(s) prior to making your submission to us. By submitting to us photos depicting persons other than yourself, you represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate permission from any and all recognizable persons appearing in the photo.

Uploading:
We reserve the right to screen photos and captions. If we find them to be offensive, explicit,  obscene or otherwise inappropriate, we will not post this content.
