“The Thanksgiving card tradition is just one way our policyholders experience the special bond between Amica and our customers.”
STORIES
Each year, for the past 40 years, Amica Insurance has sent a special Thanksgiving card to each of its hundreds of thousands of customers. "It's one of the company's most treasured traditions," said Robert DiMuccio, chairman, president and CEO of Amica Insurance.
The cards feature original paintings depicting traditional autumn scenes -- whether a bucolic New England farm, or a forest of trees ablaze in red and orange or a snapshot of life on Plimoth Plantation nearly 400 years ago. Each card carries a simple message of thanks. "The unwritten message is that you're part of our family. We talk about Amica having an uncommon bond with its policyholders, and I think it reflects that uncommon bond -- that we want to be part of their Thanksgiving celebration," DiMuccio said.
“To me, it really shows how compassionate the company is as a whole, and that may sound a little far-fetched but we truly are.”

“As an adjuster, you are the face of the company. You make sure that that policyholder, even though they’re going through one of the worst times that they can remember, that their experience with you and with Amica is what will be a bright moment in this tough time for them.”

“The bond established with our policyholders is very special and something uncommon in today's anonymous world.”
