When my child had the accident it was late in the afternoon at the school parking lot and I called to report the loss. I spoke with this woman on the phone and the first thing she said was “How is your child?” She was so caring. I just felt a calm coming over me and knew that someone really cares and this was going to be a pleasant job. When I hung up I just thought “Wow that was pretty impressive.”
Although no one is perfect, I would have to say you guys have been perfect from our experience. It was as beautiful a scenario as anyone could ever have hoped for. Like your slogan, “It’s not just how you’re covered it’s how your treated,” I could not have been treated any better.
